Timing

If the first three work for you, I can keep going: four additional 30 to 45 second videos for $500/month, using your approved digital twin and existing template. Scripts, captions, basic branding, and one consolidated batch revision round are included. Your own platform subscription keeps your digital twin active.

No long-term commitment, and the pilot doesn’t enroll you in it.

I host the Stories That Lead podcast and teach podcasting at the University of Missouri. Most of my work is helping people get what they know out of their heads and into a recording that still sounds like them. This is that same work, sized for one agent and three videos.

I’m not a real estate agent, and I don’t give real estate advice. You bring the expertise. I handle the production.

  • You approve the scripts and your digital twin sample before anything is produced.
  • Your account stays yours. Your digital twin lives in an account you control.
  • No portfolio use by default. I won’t show your videos or likeness as samples unless you give me permission.
  • The AI model stays on the platform. It’s governed by the platform’s terms, so I don’t promise it can be exported or moved.

What agents usually ask first

What is a digital twin?

An AI version of you: a presenter that looks and sounds like you, created from your source recording. You complete the platform’s required consent and verification, and you approve a sample before I produce anything.

Wait, so I do have to film something?

Once. The guided session (up to 45 minutes, remote) gives the platform what it needs to build your digital twin and gives me your answers to work from. After that, you aren’t filming each video.

Do I need to write the scripts?

No. You bring the expertise and your answers. I shape them into scripts, and you approve them.

Are software subscriptions included?

Your first month is. I cover the platform subscription for your production month, so the $500 is the whole cost of your three videos.

After delivery, keeping your digital twin active for more videos takes your own subscription. That’s your call, and nothing renews through me.

What if I want to use the tools myself afterward?

Go for it. The account is yours and you get the finished files. We confirm the supported access setup and any platform restrictions during setup.

What if I don’t want an avatar?

Ask me about a recorded or narrated alternative. It’s scoped and priced separately, so it isn’t part of this package.

Where can I use the videos?

On your own social channels, your website, and your prospect follow-up, subject to the rights for any assets used and your brokerage’s and each platform’s requirements. I can’t promise they’ll fit every system.

What’s not included?

Posting or account management, ads or ad spend, guaranteed results, extra digital twins, looks, translations, or new topics after approval, unlimited revisions, on-site filming, and platform subscriptions after your production month or lifetime avatar hosting.

Do I have to subscribe monthly?

No. The $500/month continuation is optional, and nothing rolls into it automatically.
